Linda B., I will let you know how it goes. My dr. gave me a list of everything that could happen, starting with "Well the worst that could happen, You could die." That got my attention, but then I thought about it and still think it's worth the risk. He said there was a "slight" possibility of blindness or deafness or a few other things, but they are rare.

I've hurt for so long that just the thought of relief is worth almost anything. And like I said, when I was on that plane, all I could think of was what lc bob said, "Hey if it goes down, I get rid of the HA." I think that's how I got through the day without more than a 2 (painwise) all day. The Darn thing thought I might do something radical so it stayed away! After I got home that night, it hit with a vengence about 4am.

I won't encourage you, but if you want Dr. Hurt's brochure e-mail me your address and I'll mail you a copy. You can take it to your neuro and talk about it. It's only one option.

Whatever you do, my best wishes are with you.

Hugs BD
