I can't believe I'm back so soon. Thought the cycle was over last week, but have one tonite. Pleeeze tell me it ain't so. 8 weeks+ was enough, and I'm taking Verapamil religiously. Fairly easy to control tonite with head manipulation, but lasted better part of an hour. This sucks. I've been free of pain for almost a week, until tonite. Cold or flu symptoms started yesterday, this stupid CH took me by surprise.
