I was also considering the semi-exercise aspect
of sex, as in prespiration and increased heart
rate...although for some the earth moves too I
hear, but that must be restricted to the "other"
gender.
I think that it would be tough, at least for me, to become stimulated
enough during an attack, and without "outside"
influence, to perform "self surgery".
Could it be a distraction issue?
