Having sex does not stop an attack. On the other hand it is never a trigger, in or out of episode.
When an attack comes along, I have to stop for oxygen, at a certain point. The pain is too distracting to go on with what I am doing. I can, however, go right back to what fascinates me as soon as the O2 has blown the pain.
