I have been taking Sansert for several years to contorl my clusters. The clusters stop within the 1st week on the drug. This drug is the only effective treatment I have found. Fatige lasting for the first week week and a half and leg cramps when exercising were the only side effects I have encountered. One thing to keep in mind according to my doctor, is that the drug can only be taken for a 6 month period.
