I use a sucker with the same med as the patch for cluster breakthrough. When I get a bad migraine with clusters on the side I was wondering about the patch to help bust the migraine cycle. Let me know. Not too many who have said they have both types of headaches. Having migraines a cluster seems more like a siezure of pain then a headache. How about you. MIKE L
