THis worked for me maybe it will help someone else. I just recently ended another episode but the information I gained may help some of you. Up until last thursday night I thought I had experienced a "10", but I was wrong. To make matters worse I could not find any pain killers in the house to take. I was getting past the panic stage and digging through drawers and came across a package of Extra Strength Midol. Willing to try anything I took two of them and in about 10 -12 minutes the pain was going away. The next night I felt one coming on and took it again and the headache never materialized. This same thing happened on sunday evening and that was the last of them. It has been 4 wonderful nights of sleep, and I hope it lasts forever. I don't know if anything in Midaol makes it better for CH's but it worked for me.
