After one has experienced relief from clusters, it is difficult not to preach your method with the fervor of a born again Christian, a member of AA and a reformed smoker all rolled into one. I find total and nearly instant relief from a 4% solution of lidocaine administered through nose drops. A compounding pharmacy is the only place you'll find it available.
I note in the survey, some 77% of our fellow sufferers have not tried this. Please do. I note in the same survey 15% have tried it without relief. I ask them to check the dosage used, was it 4%? Did you put 10-12 drops in the nostril on the side of the headache?
I will refrain from the urge I feel to shout LIDOCAINE from the rooftops if you will please give it a try. My agony is over. I wish the same for you.
