Thanks to everyone who responded with such love and compassion when my Roxanne died last week. It was peaceful enough in the end, but only after years of horrors and one final week of hell.

With everything that has happened I think I'm feeling like Elaine was feeling this morning -- I'm either dead and don't know it or I'd just as soon be and know it.

I can tell you...There is such a thing as too much.
Maybe some of us can pull through. If anyone does, call for backup.
