Yes! I know exactly what you mean, those neverending shadows, kip1-2 for days, weeks on end, escalating, letting go, coming back. Not until a marvel of a doctor started me on Inderal did it break. I have to take 160mg a day, but the only sideeffects are more intense dreams and increased saliva production...But the world is Wonderful! Now I usually only get short, controllable cycles around my period. Try inderal, it might not work but it did wonders for me.
