sorry to hear about you predicament but theres always help out there. first you have to find a doc in your area that knows about clusters and not migrains so they can give you the right meds look through the new survey about meds ( in this site) for advice on meds. this cycle was the first time i tried oxegen and i dont know how i lived with out it the past 17 years ive been suffering. for a doc i looked in the national headache foundations website for a doc in my area and then called to find out if he knew about clusters. good luck
