Several years ago I suffered a stroke, hemorragic, and seem to have trouble sleeping ever since. Does this have anything to do with my hypothalmus? IS THERE A MEDICATION YOU WOULD SUGGEST? In the past I'VE taken ambien,is this safe? Thank-you,Annemarie
