They gave me fiorinal with my very first cluster some 30 years ago. Didn't do anything for me. Never tried it again after that. Somewhere, long ago and far away, I found cafergot. It worked for me and I cling to like life itself. I think the angriest I ever got was when I tried to refill a perscription way before I was due. It tipped off the pharmacist that I was taking twice as much as I should and he refused to refill it. Talk about panic. I was immediately on the phone to the Dr. to have him interceed on my behalf. I honestly would have bought a gun and robbed the pharmacist of his cafergot if the Dr. hadn't stepped in.
Well, kinda got off the track. Point is, if it works for you, great! Stick with what works.
