Hi...it is 1 am here in N.Z. and i just saw your note..i think imitrex might be the u.s. version of imigran but i am not sure...i have had clusters for years and i have found that the imigran injections work but not the tablets. I too was too scared to inject, but the few seconds of discomfort are nothing compared to the ensuing pain of a cluster!!We are brave people to face such pain anyway and needles are nothing in comparison.
