Like Anon said, I get the maximum ( 4 shots per mo.) every month, thats 48 cluster bombs a year. I spent $1800.00 last year in addition to the 48 headaches prudential allowed me to have. These insurance people are very clever at excluding certian medications from their coverage I.E. anything that is expensive. You could try the legal approach but they most likely have their butts covered with 400 pages of medical / legal jargon only people with several degrees could ever begin to understand.
