As you all should know, spamming, is ILLEGAL.
This type of spamming, is VERY ILLEGAL.
I usually go to the help feature on the menubar of the ISP window. The dialog box will give you various contact numbers, though it may not give you a specific number to file a complaint. What I suggest is to get hold of what e-mail address will bring you closest to that, send the complaint and request information about to go about filing one, or call the number given and ask them.
This is rediculous, I don't like it at all, not one bit.
