You need to see a neuro! Since it's been so long, you probably need to be re-diagnosed or something. I say that because of your statement about having a cluster headache for 3 weeks. If you've had a headache for 3 weeks, even though I'm not a doctor and may not know what I'm talking about, but I'm 99.999999999999% sure you aren't having a cluster headache.
Try to find someone near you that has some history with clusters. I know thats easier said than done, but you really should see someone soon.
