I really feel that buffer effect really works. I am not saying things have been perfect but I have never been so high I crashed down like in 89. I work in a high pressure job, and yes I have to rest more than other people but it is worth it to never go that low again (after the high). I am also on clonazapane and was on Prosac until June. The delusions were too much. Its like watching a rerun of a movie, you know it isn't real but boy it sure feels like it. Right now I don't know if I am starting to experience a long term side effect. I am going to get a blood test this week. I wish you all well and hope things work out for you.
