at the temple on the side of a Ch attack is common, however, I'd have to tell you that aside of this, if you were having a cluster attack, you'd probably know it, as you'd think that you were going to die. I cannot tell you that you have CH and I damn sure hope you don't. I will tell you that when my CH attacks first began, they DID start with an unusual pressure in the temples and a pain that was unfamiliar to me, even though I'd had headaches plenty of times, there was something distinct about this pain that scared me. Over the next few weeks the pain increased until it caused me to black out. Only then did I become concerned about it. My suggestion to you is-

1:Take an introspective look at your diet, and consider whether or not you may've been exposed to anything that might be giving you a headache

2:Rule in or out any habits you may have

3: Go see a doctor IMMEDIATELY

DON'T WAIT UNTIL IT GETS WORSE. A headache could be a sign of anything from vitamin deficiency, to
cluster headache to impending stroke or worse. Do like the pill bottle says- If the symptoms persist, GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR!Don't second guess your pain with OTC meds as many of us may've done when our CH attacks began, whenever they began.
If I'd known 12 years ago what I know today, I would probably have had a much more fulfilling past 12 years.

I really hope you're okay, and that it just goes away...For good.
