Lori, trust me, I can help you here. You need to call The Neuro Clinic at Washington University / Barnes hospital. There is a wonderful Doc there I highly recommend named Dr. Sohne. After going through 7 doctors and being a frustrated maniac - I finally found him, and I can assure you he is quite knowledgable and Good.
