I was episodic for 22 years, my cycles were very unpredictable.
Two years ago I quit having any breaks and I guess
was chronic for the last year and a half. I saw no change in life style
that would explain the turn to chronic.
I have had no HA since Aug. 1st and now guess I'm
episodic again.. Of course, I could have just had a very
long cluster znd not been chronic at all??
but in any case I have seen nothing that changed and
would explain the switch to haveing "normal' cycles
again. I think they have there own schedule and
simply forget to check in with us????
