I have been taking Verapamil for 6 years. If I didn't take it I would have daily headaches. About twice a year I get into an episode that Verapamil will not control. Perhaps it's just timing. Verapamil doesn't always work for me. How long have you had clusters? Have you tried a course of Prednisone?
