Imagine being on a crowded subway train with an screamer...You can't sit dow because there's no seats, so you have to hold on, and prey that at some point the point with lessen enough at least to enable you to manage your predicament without
the worst case scenario taking place.
You're soaking with sweat, stifling tears, everything is swimming, and now, now, you feel your legs giving, as your eyes roll up into their sockets. The only thing keeping you alert,is your hearing; you know the train will stop and the doors wil open and you have to stand up straight, and that's the only thing that keeps you alert.
You know that if you give in, and let go, and fall down, the train will stop. If that happens, you'll lay there, in a hotass subway car with a screamer until the ambulance arrive. By the time that happens, your attack will be over, and you'll be billed $390.00 for a trip to the hospital you never took and really didn't need.
Or maybe you can let go-
At least, when they come you'll get the oxygen....
