Well, I've been (sort of) PF for 3 days now, but I feel really really ill. I don't want to do anything, and sleep a lot. Almost lethargic. Question; Is this normal? I mean, the CH's totally drained me last week, and now this week I feel like I was hit with the flu or something. Has anyone else gone through this, or should I chalk it up to something viral?
