Jim, I have used oxygen for the 16 mos. that I have been chronic. I have varied success with it. At times it will abort the cluster completely...other times the Imitrex injectable and oxygen works. Unfortunately, sometimes it will only decrease the pain slightly. I'm unpredictable! I'll take what I can get. It certainly is the best abortive. I take a portable tank with me always.
