I posted a very positive message the other day regarding Topomax. I had taken it for two days and had no CH - pretty exciting stuff for a chronic CHer. However, I should have thought before posting such positive stuff and waited a week or a few weeks. In reality, I went three days without CH, but have suffered major breakthroughs each of the last two days. In fact, I have had a big-time (10+) CH today that still doesn't want to quit after Imitrex, O2, and 4+ hours. I imagine the doctor (Robbins) will increase the Topomax dosage and we will see if he can get me to a level that keeps the CH away. This is the worst time of year for me. I guess I am just apologizing for not using my better judgement and hope I didn't sound like too much of a snot nosed kid with a new toy. I will let you know if the Topomax eventually works out.
