Observations such as yours ground people who get consumed by the pain of these things. Hell, someone in NYC could do the same thing...only a little different. The city is really beautiful very early in the morning...the sleeping giant so to speak.
I live on a beautiful lake in North Jersey. In the mornings, after a cluster night, I would make a cup of tea and sit on the dock. I would watch the mist rise off the lake in little swirls and hear the geese waking up in the bog. It would remind me that my life wasn't all just this pain. It would also help me gather my strength to slog through another day.
Your description was beautiful...don't apologize. Enjoy it for those who can't.
