Welcome!! Sorry you have to be here. We all know what your going through. In regards to your question about balance (dizzy spells?) I am just exiting my cycle but continue to have on some occasions loss of balance and or dizzy spells. I can't explain them except to say that they are perhaps one of many side effects of the headaches. I have these so called spells regardless of whether I am in a cycle or not. They do tend to be worse in the headache cycle.
I have actually had them so bad that I had to lay down. The possibility does exist that they are in whole or part related to a particular medication that you may be taking. They come and go as does the severity. Rest assured that you are among compassionate people who know what your going through. We are here for you!!
