in the world, but can always fiddle around enough to figure things out. When a fatal error occurrs, it's because the application in use, or another, is missing a file, or doing something it shouldn't be that prevents it from functioning properly. Sometimes just re-booting the system will help. Otherwise, go into IE's properties settings, or into the C:\Windows\history and Temporary Internet Files folder and delete everything in those folders, then reboot. If none of this works I suggest re-installing IE5 altogether. That's what I do.
