Many years ago I researched library articles on CH. One comment that stood out was that CH could come and go at ramdom. There did not seem to be any explanation of why a person might have a few cycles and then none for a few years, etc.
It really makes no sense at all.
I am convinced that it makes no difference in my own case what I eat, the amount of stress present or absent at various times when a cycle starts. Since I can get hit at Christmas or in July for a 4-5 week episode I cannot blame the weather. I have no diagnosed allergies. My CH started at 42 and does not seem to have changed much in the last 17 years.
I cannot distinguish any triggers. I am not a bit of help to you I am sure. But I am very happy you are doing well. You may be one of the lucky ones who does cease to have attacks - for whatever reason. I certainly hope so.
