watching CH sites in several countries, one common trait is emerging:
many allergies or intolerance to Lactose, or all dairy produce, often coupled w. intolerance to gluten or all cereals, also to yeast and various others foods(individually different)
Most of these CH happen to be blood group 0 at the same time! Apparently, according to theories of nutrition/blood group, group 0 is the "hunter" type: "proteine-rich, low on carbohydrates, no milk, no cereals. Needs exercise and action."

Another very interesting point is that East Asians have less CH (or none, dont know???), it is a fact that they dont digest dairy produce the way caucasians are supposed to do, and there's hardly any milk in their diet.
Anyone else with the same group, please contact. There are probably more than one type of CH sufferer, but if we could determine the profile of the Group 0, it would enable us to make up a list of diet recommendations which could be very valuable to any newcomers.
Anyone of East Asian origin, kindly contact, too.
