Randy,
Your ch's sound very similar to how my husband's used to be, he has them more often now. Some things we have found that trigger them are humidity, odors(gasoline, perfumes, etc) or over exertion in heat. Currently he is on Covera (prevent) and Amerge (abortive) and they help sometimes also cold air. Maybe you can find relief in one of these. God bless
