Has anyone out there tried this herbal remedy? I thought I remembered seeing someone's post on the message board but seem to be having trouble finding it now. This cycle is definately the strangest one I have had in the 13 years that these monsters have been visisting me, they did not start out and build like normal, they just slammed me right up front, I started on Prednisone immediately and upped my everyday intake of verapamil and lithium, also was given Imitrex nasal spray as an abortive (works sometimes, sometimes not). They basically have stayed away with the feeling of the lurking in the shadows, but about once a week I get one and it's a real screamer. This is week 5 of what is usually a 6-8 week cycle and they don't seem to be getting any less intense at a point where normally they would be starting to weaken a bit by now. Has anyone else experienced this type of cycle?
The other question is about FeverFew, this is something that I have done some reading on and that they are now promoting in the health food stores as a help for migraines, if anyone out there has tried this I would be interested in any feedback you may have.
What's happened to our Thurs. nite Chat room? No one's been there for the last 2 weeks. I hope it's because everyone is "painfree" and doing other things. I missed Tues. chat due to the fact we were having tornadoes in our area. Something that hasn't happened here since the 1950's! Scarry!!!!!! I feel for any of you that live in an area where these things are frequent happenings. Spent Sunday nite in my parent's basement while a couple touched down about 5 miles away, and Tues. nite sweating it out in my own house, (no basement) luckily none came that close, had a CH on Wednesday, (stress related?) I think maybe.
Any feedback on the Feverfew will be greatly appreciated.
