i was told ten years ago to take this 02 and breath it, no instructions what so ever. it didnt work for me.

come to find out i didnt have the right mask, didnt know the right flow and didnt know when i should start huffing.

now with my good friend Ueli pushing me to try 02 again and the informative help from ted, john B and kip, ive killed the last 17 HA's within 13 minutes with 02.

always try again, you never know.
