want to consider expanding the "Triggers" definition. The use of the term "ingestion" might imply that there are no other categories of supposed triggers. Many are convinced that stress or light or air pressure , etc. can bring on an attack that otherwise would not have occurred.
There are triggers other than the ingestable.
