when i feel it coming on... i do three things...
1. take exedrin... 2. slap a heat patch on my head and
3. get to my oxygen tank. If i catch it before it hits the
mighty load of pain.. i can get it off without 10 minutes of pain
suffering.

If it gets to a high pitch, then i'm on my oxygen tank at 15 liters per
minute for 20 minutes. I am having a love affair with my tank! I can't
handle the drugs. They were killing me! Oh, i was at home depot buying something,
and a cluster started coming on, so i slapped a Salene Heat Patch on my head... and
the heat seemed to open the blood vessels enough to keep blood flowing. It held it at
a level 4 (out of 10) until i could get home to my beloved J tank. Oh, and i'm drinking
my water. Yeah, i read an article in a medical journal saying .. early detection is key
to not experiencing a full blown attack. Okay, bye.
