Cycle starting again..................................

had a few attacks today, each lasting about 45 minutes to an hour. Reached a 5, finally started to tail off around 4:00pm.

I've had the odd attack through the summer, but I had truly forgotten how bad these things can be when they REALLY bite.

On the plus side, at least I don't have to wait for the other shoe to drop anymore. It just has...........
