Water x 3 = tea?

Has anyone ever tried these huge amounts of water in the form of (weak) tea?

I drink a lot of it (also herbal tea, supposed to be good for my bladder) and visit the loo a lot. also, I didn't get my expected bout during the vacation and am now easing down on Verapamil.

Could I have been doing the water treatment without knowing it?
