I am new here and i am only 13 and have been having migranes since I was ten. I know that you guys have had them longer than me but i still don't know whats causeing them. I have been to the hospital around 13 times due to my migranes and have many test,including, MRI,MRA,CT, and many others. I am soon having another MRI this month but when I am in the middle of the test i always get migranes so they have to stop and if they don't then I pass out. I have been on at least 13 different types of medicines presribed by my doctor and right now I am on Imitrex and have been on it for the past month and will soon be giving a different one. My doctor says I should try going to a headache clinic and to get a counselor and a tutor for my school work, but I don't know what to do. I f you have any ideas let me know.
