for concerns, i never strap on the mask, always hold it. 2nd, I'm tapering down to 10 ltm to see if CH's will stay tucked away in the back of my head. I don't recommend that people use 14 ltm, it's just the amount I needed the 1st couple nights to abort my attacks. Sorry I didn't clarify that. Each person should go by their Doctors prescribed orders.
