just joined the forum a few days ago. I did'nt know there were so many sufferers out there
besides sleeping pills and benadrel just to sleep i have to use an ice pack at the back of my head on the left side it sucks
but i have found lots of info here that i am going to take to my doc when i see him
funny thing my head don't hurt while taking a hot shower only before or after i get out. I really like it here and i love everyones advice they have been so helpful thanks for letting me share that one with you
