So... i kinda just tried so hard to relax my body. I am
going to keep plugging along. For now, i'm okay... but had
a 45 minute episode while on my tank last night.
I find it still isn't a FULL BLOWN KNOCK DOWN DRAG OUT...
but it isn't as easy as the first few days. Off to drink some
water i guess. (what else can i do anyway). my nose hurts.
