Sorry for the delay. I have been very busy the past few days, therefore, I was unable to post yesterday.
Thursday, like Wednesday, was quite uneventful. I was basically shadowing the first half of the day, though not as frequently. Today was even better until 3.00pm. Apart from an hour in the morning (about 1 hour after I got up), I was shadow free and felt great. At 3.00pm I was hit with a kip 9 that lasted about 1 hour, and took a further hour to subside.
So far, I feel the shrooms have changed the pattern of my clusters. I’m getting far less full-blown headaches, but I do seem to be shadowing more. When I have got a full-blown headache (2 long ones, and one five minute one) they have been slightly more painful than usual.
I’m doing the treatment again tomorrow night, and I will update you again on Monday.
