I've been on Litium since last July and have found it very effective. I've had to slowly increase the dosage because the HAs would slowly return. I too wonder how long it will last and what will I do next. The dizziness and stomach problems were never very noticable for me. I understand this to be one of the safest CH medications. Everyone reacts differently. But seven months, virtually pain free, is worth taking a lot of risks for me.
