Hi Kari, I've been on Verapamil about 5 months - felt extremely exhausted for a long time but I'm glad to say its getting better and am starting to get the old joie de vivre back. Still tire very easily if emotions are upset, can't handle things too well, but I guess that's all part of this horrible affliction. Sure hope Verapamil works for you. Stay painfree. maggie
