One wonderful gal wrote me a personal email and told me
to try a heat blow dryer!!!! So... at 3 am, while sucking oxygen,
throwing up, my husband held a blow dryer to my head and it
helped! In fact, after 5 minutes... it was over!
Interesting though, my husband suggested last night i try and go
outside and take a walk... pure fresh air. Blow dryer was great
though. And i had the shivers so badly from the experience... it
helped warm me up too. Gosh, i hate this so much!
