sleep disorder aka lack of oxygen?

I'm WAY too relaxed to read all the medical jargon (I'm at least 2 hours before my first attack of the night)
but are they saying something like... when you are asleep, you have a lowered level of oxygen intake, which may trigger cluster headaches?
I have thought that for the past 3 weeks of my latest cycle, which is why I think walking, sticking my head out the car window at 60 mph, and deep breathing
at the onset of a CH are working for me.

Any thoughts?
