I am still using them, Miguel, for I find them very practical.
They make me breathe easier at night and take away SOME of the snoring.
When I have a cold they help me go to sleep even if I lay on the stuffed-nostril side.
I use them at the dentist for I have a great fear of suffocating in the chair.
I use them sometimes when I have to sing and my nose is stuffy.
They have never materially contributed to preventing or even tempering the intensity of CH attacks during a bout (episode).
Just my side of the coin.
