Well, if it weren't for my CH coming only one week before I was fired
for being late one too many times(thanks to CH's keeping me up all night)
I would say that stress definately didn't help in my case. Now that I have
a better paying and more respectable job, and a week off, it seems like my
cycle has slowed a bit. I wonder if there is any validity to relaxation helping
slow the frequency of CHs.
