Sidebar note: The O2 generator rental company reduced the fee on the two units from $500/mo to $150/mo when I told them that the insurance company was not going to cover the cost. I was floored! (with gratitude) I was ready to send them back, but think that I will hang on to them for a while. I just leveled with the rental company and told them what my situation was, and without asking, they volunteered the fee reduction. The fellow I was dealing with understands CH, as does his boss, the owner.
